The topics in Iranian pavilion include classical Persian literature, Iranology, Persian language learning material, history, religion and no less important diversely and exquisitely worked Qurans.

Notable among the Qurans on display is that entitled Reyhan by Bahram Saleki, Quran inscribed on aromatic paper and bound in exquisite leather case, Zarrin and Simin Publishers’ famous Zarrin Version of Quran, calligraphy work by Osman Taha, English Quran translated by Tahereh Safarzadeh and Seyed Ali Gharaei, a verse translation of Quran in English by Fazlollah Nikayein.

Saleki’s Quran (by Bahram Saleki) enjoys painting, graphic, calligraphy, and miniature works. Saleki began work on a Quran entitled ‘Aqiq’ (Persian for ‘agate’) in 1982 and it was finished after 12 years of calligraphy work in Kufan script.
